**Please read before you purchase**

In the notes section at checkout:

1. For front design: List name of your choice---Mama, Nana, Aunt, Auntie, Mamaw, Mimi, Gigi, etc....
2. For the sleeves: List childs name with pumpkin. Names will be pressed on sleeve from top to bottom. Pumpkins will be smaller with more names.

CHECK & DOUBLE CHECK spelling of names before checking out. Names will be applied to the shirt exactly as requested. We cannot correct a mistake once the shirt has been printed. (Country Roots Designs is not responsible for misspelled names due to customer error).
